'Casa A Roiba' art print by Owen D. Pomery. Limited edition giclee print on 350gsm Hahnemühle Museum Etching paper.
About the building: Close to Beluso beach on the south coast of the Pontevedra estuary sits Casa A Roiba, the work of the architect Ramón Vázquez Molezún. Built at the end of the 1960s as a small summer retreat. The building is one of the most important works of 20th century modern architecture in Spain. Using the granite masonry walls of a pre-existing salting factory, Casa A Roiba is a perfect example of sustainability and adaptation into an existing environment.
